RKGOYAL, the case was appealed to central information tribunal The
recent order of CIT is that information will be disclosed by
stockbrokers to sebi and overturns the stay orders given by mumbai
high court. we have not received copy of CIT judgment or read it
online. we urgently require copy of the judgment so that we can appeal
for stay in mumbai high court and request consultancy from rti
activist and organisations.
