Just note carefully that the wording is " ... the information disclosed by the Public Authorities under ...", and is not "required to be disclosed .."
Which is why the follow up section 6 RTI is required to get what applicant thinks requires to be disseminated under section 4 but which PA doesn't consider necessary to disseminate u/s 4
