Dear Ajay
1) This is a very old matter. People who track FCPA have been privy to all this for more than 2 years. R&AW knew about this as far back as 2006 when some cases were first filed before SEC.
2) Now having got this info, what do you plan to do with it? Or rather what CAN you do with it !
3) Let me put it to you another way. There is a big Indian Company (say Infosys) which executes contracts overseas. Many thousands of jobs are dependent back in India on their securing foreign Govt contracts. These contracts can only be got by bribing foreigners. What would Mr Narayan Murthy (the great God of RTI touts) do ? Do you now realise why they finance silly little RTI activists to keep their mouth shut and ensure that we don't have laws like FCPA in India.
