Dear All,
While there has been some public support for action to be taken against our member S D Sharma, there has also been considerable private 'chintan baithak' about relevance of this group, freedom of speech and expression, need to expose misdeeds of Information Commissioners, role of foreign financed NGO activists etc etc.
Accordingly, there is no need (at present) to amend our group's long standing policy on posting which has been clearly spelled out on the homepage as follows:-
"DISCLAIMER: Being "essentially uncensored", legal liability (if any) for posts to this mailing list rests with the individual members in their territorial jurisdictions /laws."
We can only appeal that members respect Yahoo Group's ToS so that this group is preserved.
