CIC has decided to defend IC A N Tiwari

Agenda Item: 2 Note of IC (T) regarding a petition filed by Shri
James K. Joseph in the Court of Subordinate Judge,
Thiruvanthapuram.
Commission decided to defend the case filed before the subordinate judge,
Thiruvanthapuram since the then Secretary, DoPT, now the Information
Commissioner, Central Information Commission had taken the decision in
his official capacity. The Commission directed the legal cell to respond to
the Court beginning with the admissibility of the petition filed by one Shri
James K. Joseph.
