From your email I get a sense that you are outraged that water is not
reaching the tax paying flat owner residents. You are therefore using
RTI to enforce your rights. Rights which incidentally are enforced by
the State by its power which flows from gun barrels. You obviously
believe that the taxes you pay entitles you to protection from the
State / Govt.. This is a typical middle class (bourgeois) attitude.
The more you (and people like you .. and me) use RTI to enforce such
"rights" the State (and the Maoists) will win and crush you between
them.
Have you ever asked in RTI what arrangements the State has made to
provide water to these "illegal" slum dwellers WITHOUT linking it to
your rights?.
