Was the meeting held ? A news report says that Mr Habibullah
is abroad (or in outer space). The jungle drums at CIC indicate
that a section of Information Commissioners is quite upset
by the "unique" style of functioning of WH and insist that he
must take the blame for this latest PR (and administrative)
disaster. The judgment is just grist for the mill.
Anyway, from the citizen's viewpoint, thi sis now an excellent
opportunity for us to bring to the SC's knowledge the arbitrary
and whimsical functioning of the CIC's individual Commissioners.
Given space and an opportunity, I shall include the WORST 5
(or best 5) examples of high-handed and patently illogical
CIC decisions of single ICs especially where they contradict
each other. The CIC will have to reply to me on affidavit.
SO MEMBERS START DIGGING OUT WHERE THE CIC HAS TRAMPLED THE
RIGHTS OF CITIZENS (especially our members) OVER THE YEARS !!!!
