Dear Sarabjit
The CIC have not published their "split" verdict as yet on the
website, but it has already become a precedent and a "double bench" of
CIC(Habibullah) and IC(Ansari) have relied upon it and also "Bhagat
Singh" in a similar CBI case to hold that 8(1)(h) is a valid
exemption.
Looks as though Shailsh Gandhi is left holding his dick on a dark
night like Dada Kondke.
