The KLA has repeatedly clarified through media that the ibid
videotapes are not part of its records and they are used only for
reference value whenever a doubt arise on the formal recorded
proceedings. Unfortunately Sri.Palat Mohandas, the SIC, Kerala could
not digest it despite the Previlege Committee's best of efforts.
