and which comment was entirely disproved by subsequent events and web site of the CIC.
As a matter of propriety this note is to inform you that we intend to publish a new story to the effect that Central Information Commissioner Shailesh Ghandi has withdrawn his dissent notice in a recent full bench controversy and that you have accepted that the legal issues raised by IC Ghandi can be taken up for discussion at the commission's next meeting.
