On 10th May I had posted RTI through Speed Post Addressed as Public Information Officer,Mumbai Police Head Quarters,Crawford Market,Mumbai-bearing No.EM 16836731 7 IN. The same was returned on 12/5/10.Stating the address was wrong.
Once again the same was tried on 24/5/10. Again the same was returned citing it is the wrong address. Finally,I have received the envelope back by IC Colony PO.
May be the same is returned because I have superscribed "" RTI matter on the top of the envelope.""
I have only asked the details of PSs leased /owned and the expenses incurred.And money spent on Mohalla Comm./Allocated.
