Mr Sarbajit,
Please allow me to quote the same Sec as you have, but capitalising something else:
"19(8)(a) In its decision, the Central Information Commission or State Information Commission, as the case may be, has the power to REQUIRE the PUBLIC AUTHORITY to take any such steps as may be necessary to secure compliance with the provisions of this Act"
Now, since when has the PIO and the FAA become the "PUBLIC AUTHORITY" ?
(Although both Wimbledon and World Cup are on at the same time, someone needs to kick the ball into the goal instead of just tossing it back and forth)
