Dear Cool Son
You are way off the mark and have a lot to learn (and unlearn) about RTI. So here are the appropriate sources
http://cic.gov.in/rti-act.htm
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rti_india/message/379
Once you are thorough in this, you can decide whether you want
to "study" at this group (where you will be abused and raped till you are a RTI master) or the other RTI groups where you will be mollycoddled and lionised (and where you will learn nothing).
In passing, the reason you were raped using 498A and DV Act etc is because of your choice of advocate.
