Dear Mr Sarabjit
I'm scandalized by the abusive and intemperate language used by dear
Umapathy S when writing to her Excellency Mrs President. of india,
this type of language and vexatious misuse of RTI is the reason why
sunshine law will be amended as govt has assured the parliament.
