This Further to the Telecon i Had with you . A New PIO has Joined to Duty in KIC but He is not an Direct recruit . He is Just Violating Information Commissions Directions and Powers , Duties & responsibilities of Information Commission Itself .
Having Provided Information on An UNREGISTERED , OBSCURE AND LOOSE CONGLOMERATE OF GROUP OF PERSONS CALLING THEMSELVES AS RTI ACTIVISTS , WHEN POINTED OUT THE SAME BY WAY OF AN RTI . THE PIO HAS MADE SEVERE EFFORTS TO WRIGGLE OUT FROM IT BY AN OBVIOUS AND AMBIGUOUS REPLY . He has not provided the Exact Documents which are held by KIC as a public authority and is trying to evade the Whole issue to ensure certain elements are kept in good humor .
The PIO's earlier reply itself gives lots of Scope for those persons to get lots of Mile age ( Copy Already With you by my Scanned Copy)
If the KIC Which is Supposed to Monitor and Guide PIO's of All state Organisations in order . how can a citizen believe it can command others to respect and value and act according to the Act
The Stakes are too high . THE KIC HAS BROUGHT OUT A BEAUTIFUL AND EXCELLENT COMPENDIUM VERY RECENTLY AND THE PIO WORKING IN KIC CAN LAY HIS HANDS EASILY TO IT . HE CAN EVEN REFER THE MATTER TO HIS HIGHER UP'S UNDER SECTION 5(4) AND 5(5)
His Behavior just translates in to an cover up and policy i am supreme come what may

In this Connerction provide the Exemption letter or Permission letter To You as PIO in KIC
Confirm that according to KIC is this not violation of office orders of KIC

In some of of the letters issued under my signature it has been left out by oversight . Now the same has been Rectified . all Necessary details as per the directions of KIC will be provided from now onwards

REPLY TO THIS RTI VIDE LETTER NO KIC/273/PIO/2010 DATED 2/08/10
In response to your petition cited above i am to state that the Constitution , powers duties and responsibilites of State Information Commission have been clearly specified in section 15 to 25 of RTI Act 2005
Accordingly notifiying the rti activists does not come under the purview of state information commission
in the letter under refrence addressed to H promod , as per the request of the petitioner the Names of some of the persons who are actively interacting with SIC in the matters of RTI act 2005 and which are availble in the records of the Commission (I have asked for these documents) have been mentioned to facilitate Petitioner .
It is not the Function of SIC to Publish the list of RTI Activists
