Dear Group,
Please excuse the previous mail. A dear friend has conveyed to
me that "perhaps" Mr Gill (an honest man) WANTS TO GIVE *ALL* the INFO to anyone who is going to ask for it in RTI. It seems that if information is given on the floor of the house then it cannot be used in Courts or published in the media, but if it is given in RTI then we can misuse it any which way we want.
So for the next 48 hours, post the sample queries we should be asking to this group. we will refine it and flood them with RTIs. And we shall circulate it to the other groups too so that they also get the benefit of the unparalleled RTI drafting expertiss of this group's (PIO) members.
Lets also see who is correct, my first impression or my dear friend (and well known selfless "RTI expert").
