I'm going to give you the same advice I gave Arun.
Re-Draft your RTI queries "responsibly".
There is a reason why Mr Gill is so confident when he
suggested RTI to get the answers and it is this.

If an RTI is filed to Sports Ministry, they will
simply transfer it to the "concerned" public authority.
So we have to be very focussed.
