Please let me have the following information under RTI Act, 2005 :
1. Copy of FIR registered by CBI against 5 officials of MCD and a
Private Company Directors
in respect of a CWG related tender submitted by them to MCD
2. Copy of the related tender { with the overwriting on it in respect of
tender amount}
3. Current status of investigations by the CBI into the FIR and the
reason for not
arresting the MCD employees, Directors of the Private Company so far .
4. Copy of related CVC report/recommendation which formed the basis of
registration of FIR
As this application is being filed under the specific request of your
incompetent Minister,
the fee of Rs 10 is not being paid , if necessary, please collect from
him .
