This link [http://www.rtiawards.org/rac_list.html] which mentions you, the manojes etc, was posted to this group last month. As Sharmaji's net connection was not working for some months he may have missed the correspondence which followed. Perhaps you can brief him properly about your "association" with the NCPRI/MKSS/AcionaAid/ManderWeb front etc. etc. NGO called Parivartan which is sponsoring the RTI awards.
PS: Mr Sharma was only very briefly a PIO, he was mainly an FAA for a very controversial dept, before retirement, and not a single of his decisions in that capacity have been challenged in CIC successfully.
