Mr.Wajahat Habibullah. That means there is no issue at all. The
position is as if the CIC's(Management) Regulation 2007 was not issued
and the issue stand closed.
I think Mr.Wajahat Habibullah is now free to recollect the e-mails
he had exchanged with me on the second day of his publication of the
above regulation. He had referred my plea of non-sustainability of
this Regulation to Prof Nigam , the Legal Advisor to examine and both
had replied me that it is under examination.,That was the end. He
should have withdrawn the Regulation at that time.
