[RTI INDIA] 6 officials told to pay 25k for RTI violation

nandlal of south delhi working since 25 years or more at same place inspite all transfer rules,three promotions.why ic shailesh gandhi did not order to transfer him. it cud be bigger penalty,stronger blow to remove from most wet' area. ramesh
