Re: [HumJanenge] "Bunker Roy's wife Aruna Roy, is a Maoist"

Dear Dr JN Sharma

1) This is a group to discuss matters connected to RTI. It is not a
group to work for the betterment or upliftment of men (common or
otherwise)..

2) If you would have read the recent posts to this group, there is an
EXTREMELY SERIOUS issue about how the NAC and its sub-group on RTI
under Ms Aruna Roy has subverted the democratic pubic consultation
process on RTI ACT, specifically the amendments proposed on draft RTI
Rules.

3) Over 200 members of this group have filed comments to DoPT
SUPPORTING the 250 word limit and 1 subject rule. The
NAC/NCPRI/Aruna_Roy_RTI_Circus (which are all one and the same)
compelled DoPT to issue the OM of 27.12.2010 which they alone can
comment on. It is also pertinent that the comments sent by Aruna Roy
to DoPT are half-baked and "work-in-progress". The RTI stakeholders
have a Constitutional Right to be informed by putting into public
domain the actual NAC comments filed by Ms Aruna Roy (who is
handsomely reimbursed by the PMO), instead of only circulating press
releases.
