one can see the odasaty of this Man SIC Ramanand tiwari as he acts defiant, even Chief minister canot remove him, in the first place investigate who gave him the said post, they too should be suspended, sacked, this is a cotarie ( Sindicate )  RTI by the Government for the Government, I have attended about 20 hearing before theses 2 racals Suresh Joshi, and Ramanand tiwari everybody going there abuses them, what judgements can theses corrupt Babus deliver, full system should be revamped, DOPT is a farce.   Leslie Almeida
