An application under RTI may be sent to CHAIRMAN ICICI
BANK under copies endorsed to Banking Ombudsman (BANK LOKPAL) & RBI.
BANK LOKPAL/ RBI MAY FORWARD A COPY OF RTI APPLICATION /
LETTER sent by Victor to the concerned Branch of ICICI BANK for
seeking comments over it.
In reply the ICICI may advise TO BANK LOKPAL(Ombudsman)/
RBI, UNDER COPY TO VICTOR.
If Victor is dissatisfied, he may file an application to
Ministry of finance, deptt. of Banking GOI. AND MAY LATER ALSO FILE A
CASE before appropriate civil court/high court, to get the information
UNDER RTI.
