[HumJanenge] IMPORTANT NOTICE: Meaningful discussion

Dear members

Free Speech does have limits after all, and while one does tolerate / ignore the occasional deviation from the flight plan, when it begins to gets out of  control, hard intervention is necessary.

Let me just remind ALL our members of our regulations. These regulations are completely arbitrary and confer unlimited power to this list's owner /  moderators. If any member does not like this state of affairs, they can do whatever they want to do; The option we suggest is unsubscribing.

Extracts

1) Message posts to be directly relevant to RTI / Right to Information.

2) All posts in English language only (or with accurate translation)

3) No communal, sexist, racial, casteist etc message posts

4) Posts in reply to be trimmed (by deleting the previous post so that only relevant portions which are at issue to be retained).

5) Self publicity or publicity for NGOs (and their programs) is strictly prohibited.

6) Members are requested to limit / control the frequency of their posts to this list and avoid personality based squabbles on this group.

Furthermore If the protagonists wish to take the personality related matters further, they should confine themselves to technical and legal issues directly relevant to RTI / RTI process and adhere to all the regulations..
