Sub: Conflict of interest / Office of Profit of Dr. Rita Sharma / Secy-NAC

I refer to my below mentioned Public Grievance Petition of
23-march-2011 concerning conflict of interest of Dr Rita
Sharma/Secy/NAC. I am constrained to point out that I have not
received the acknowledgment of my Public Grievance Petition which is
stipulated to be given to me within 3 days in any case. I am thereby
concerned that the NAC/Secretariat plans to hush up my complaint on
the basis of an internal letter/notings from Dr Sharma addressing some
of my points.

As I am deeply concerned that Dr Sharma's reply/notings is a pack of
lies, half-truths and evasions, I would appreciate being formally
provided a copy of the same so that I may provide my counters and
place these on the record for your consideration and necessary action.
