I thank you for your time to read and respond.

This is not my case. I was trying to help the fellows who were suffering. A Judgement was pronounced against the builder for a customer in one case within 6 months. After the said judgement 4 cases came up referring to the old judgement- but judgment has not come for over 18 months.

One more thing that I mentioned that Builder is not turning up to the court.

It is duty of the petitioner to see that notice must be served to builder  as per Civil procedure code ,
