DEAR DR NIRAJ KUMAR
This mistake is also committed in Hon. High Court Lucknow Bench
that the steno forget to updtae or say load the judgment in the
website.
For which what we do is that we visit the concerned court and
ask the Bench Secretary to get the Judgment loaded on the website. If
the file has been sent to section, then we can make a mention at 10.15
hours to His Lordship to direct the Bench secretary/ Steno, to load
the Judgment on the website.
I understand that same mistake has been committed by the
Bench Secretary/Steno, of the court of Justice Ajai Lamba who taken
the notes and forget to load the judgment on Website.
We can also ask the representative who is visiting in the
court from AIR or other agencies, if the Judgment is published in the
Book, ( If court orders to do so) , then we can see it there.
Let us wait for few days, to see that the judgment is
punlished in AIR or ask the court to load the judgement in the Website
of Punjab & Haryana High Court.
Regards
Dr JN Sharma
