Re: [HumJanenge] C&P Orders from IC SS

Kindly note that I am neither the applicant nor the respondent. So technically, I have no locus standie and cannot directly approach the Hon President with the queries and prayer as described by you.

On the other hand, could you please spell out how do you conclude that the Hon President had "appointed such an absurd info commissioner who has been working  for abetting the erring PIOs ; & for causing  ndue losses to citizen. Ask her also to lodge FIR against the IC u/s 219 ." You will need to elaborate and provide sufficient grounds for your complain here. Such complains are known to back fire on you, if you cannot establish the fact.

So without actually inspecting all the files of the decision, besides checking out contents of original complain / appeal filed with the CIC etc. it is difficult to proceed further. I am staying over a thousand kms away from Delhi. My object was to encourage our friends in Delhi to have regular meetings with the CIC, like being done in most states, take up the matter with the respective ICs and reason with them in a proactive way. It is needless to inform that such exercises were  being done initially during the times of  CIC WH, IC ANT, OPK etc. in Delhi.

Best wishes

Manoj

Reply= Manoj; you pl  write a letter to President of India  asking her  why she appointed such an absurd info commissioner who has been working  for abetting the erring PIOs ; & for causing  ndue losses to citizen . Ask her also to lodge FIR against the IC u/s 219 .
Write one such letter to DoPT also or to the absent minded manmohansinghPM.
Then after 1 month you file a rti rquest to CIC to know the action on your this complaint.
Actually the IC has no authority under RTI Act to remant the  complaint  to the FAA.  They are working against rule of law;   Perhaps that may be effect of manmohansing, PM  who often  worked against the laws of the land.
