If Shri M L Sharma has applied for some higher post, this does not definately mean that he is not interested in RTI anymore. Every one has a fundamental right to further his career. But one thing which we have missed is that the applicants are not by and large satisfied with the kind of decision given by him and his reluctance to impose penalty and recommending disciplinary action even in the most deserving cases.
