The RTI Rules Do not Provide For every PIO to Seek nand ensure Compliance of section 3 . In Fact the PIO Is Not an Adjucating Body or entity To Order or instruct and seek Compliance of Any thing > Let Him Be Sure That He has to carry on That Process of Compliance If so He Should also seek compliance From Seeker of information as to the address , Name , etc etc ., is it nit foolish absurd and ridiculous On the Part of the PIO when In the application the address is Needed for only to Reach the Sought Information. I Donot Understand We as Persons In Knowledge of and Can interpret RTI Act Start Arguing That He Has Perogative and Justicification .
