ACR or APAR can only be spoiled if you were given warning letters/ memo for your failure to perform your duty . such warnings and memo should have been given to you immeditelly after your fault is noted .
they cannot say now that you failed to obey orders of your boss some 8 months back.
if you disobeyed orders they should have taken action against you at that time only.
if they have not issued you any warning letter or memo , plz write to them that i am a very obedient officer and that i have never been issued any warning/memo for disobediency ,
plz give me your number ..

I do not know that while personal information is exempt under section 8 of the RTI Act, how you can have that and abuse the Act? The onus to prove filing RTI through others is on the Department. This seems to be tantamount to snatch away your right to information. Please consult an expert/ lawyer. RTI give right to govt. employees also to ask for information under the Act even from his / her deptt.
