Dear Vikram,

This is a common responce from all goverment stake holders. But I believe the concentration be done what are things that need to be put on section 4 so that application are also less.

For each item one application can be done which can come under section 4, which is not taken in section 4 by PA. I am this will go up to IC then it can be argued with IC that this should come under section4, recomandation be given sectionb 4( xvii) to taken for section 4 by IC. Sometimes by seeing reputatuion PA does agree before going to IC. Ofcourse there needs to be patience. I did for record maintenance of roads, official email ids of BMC officers( gamil, yahoo etc,) now i will be seeing the usage of email IDs and how many officers don't open whcih again you can get from IT dept of PA, pandal structure manitanance etc.

It is another thimg that citizens are least bothered to see such records and grip the administration, they just want to do the easiest thing, either send emails or many of them shoot out one meaningless application.
