A Few Points Beyond what has been reported are Provided here For information of all Freinds
1) The Agreement Copy has Already Been provided to One of Freinds Working on RTI through RTI itself and It is learnt that A Legal case is already in Process
2) From U A Vasanth Rao is an officer of the Commercial Tax dept of Karnataka Government and We Understand that he has High Connections and therefore does not Move out of Bangalore and He is always on deputation
He was earlier in BBMP and During the Process of Self assement scheme and Few Other Taxation Process has Created mess (one of which we are Following Vehemently and are almost at the end of pipe line0
3) Very recently i Had in fact Commented on another Episode/instance reported in the same paper Covered by one reporter called Chetan Kumar on BMRCL's MD Mr Shivashailam Reacting in very unusal way. The Paper is yet to respond to My Queries and In fact the Requests Made By an Advocate to BMRCL reported earlier in DH were all absurd and inconsistent with RTI , Most probably the BMRCL's MD may have Taken a View because of Such Media Reports . I STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY MEDIA APPROACHES THESE ERRING OFFICERS WHEN THEY HAVE DOCUMENTARY PROOF AND EVIDENCE OF THE BLUNDERS SUCH PEOPLE HAVE COMMITTED TO COVER TRACKS OR TO SHOW THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT .If at all Reporting is Done only on the Basis of Concrete Documents on Hand , the entire excersise would have been a better one
and Just as the BMRCLs MD questions and calls the Papers Editor to Send queries , we Activists From Karnataka also do Ask the editor to resond to us also with an answer . In Fact all Mails to the Editor Bounce Back
