The question we should ask is as follows:-
Why did Pandit Nehru who allegedly "championed" the legislation of the
"Hindu Code" of 1956, not repeal the Arya Marriage Validation Act when
all the similar pre-existing laws were repealed when the Hindu Code
was passed?
