Anna has nobody local. They were some Medha Patkar persons, some RTI activists and mainly BJD people "acting" as IAC workers to show Anna  still has numbers.

It is basically Medha Patkar stringers in POSCO agitation who Anna was supposed to convince to take the unfair compensation award being offered.
