Re: [IAC#RG] IAC Annual Report 2013

Setting up of RTI Act Mandated CIC Benches is desperately needed to
help RTI Users all over India to have Personal Hearing of RTI Second
Appeals / Complaints by ICs. Over Centralisation at CIC New Delhi
should not make it a Den of Corruption and Smothering of RTI - with
clogged CIC New Delhi - should also not happen.
