Dear Janardhan Sharma
In reply to your query
1) List moderators try and ensure that list mails are released at
least once per day. Usually list emails are released 4 or 5 times a
day with typical lags of 4 to 12 hours. Please consider that we
receive up to 250 emails a day for moderation.
2) List tries to allow 5 to 10 emails per day and has a hard limit of
20 emails per day.
3) Messages with only 1 or 2 lines with nothing to add are rejected,
as are personal messages.
4) Messages which are not trimmed properly are given lower priority
5) Messages which try and circulate rumors, troll and contribute
little in value are firmly rejected.
6) Hate messages, abuse, communalism, political smears etc are usually rejected.
7) Messages about Islam-o-phobia, Macaulay's children and Macaulay's
speech to the House of Lords - we get at least 100 of these every
month - are rejected.
8) All messages are subject to "Riseup" collective's Terms of Use and Policies.
9) Messages which are circulated to other lists and persons without
waiting for moderation here, are usually rejected.
10) This list wants unique content, controversy is OK within reason,
free speech is cherished, and we don't tolerate spam and spammers. We
do not censor, but we use our discretion to protect average list
subscribers from disinformation and misinformation.
