IAC discussing worthless,egoistic character,with little justifiable contrinuition to "Excellence in Higher Education"is a big joke. Did he do anythinhg wrt corrution in MHRD and all Regulatory Bodies? As a serious post-doctoral research scholar on Knowledge Management in Higher Education,I should know better about utility or futility of different hallowed institutions and unduly overrated individuals.Many have been already been exposed,and likes of A S are almost on the anvil. What evidence does he about any significant contribution to the cause of higher education,and what loss of freedom in autonomous functioning of Nalanda does he talk of? People denied perpetutation of their hegemony(almost like birthright) suddenly start raving/rantinhg/cribbing in kiddish manner,quite unbecoming of a Noble Laureate. SPMathur IPS DGP(retd) BE MBA PhD
