To:
The Chief Secretary
Govt of NCT of Delhi
cc: Secretary to Hon'ble L-G, New Delhi
Dear Sir
I refer to all my recent emails in connection with "WI-FI in Delhi". I
am concerned that my several public grievance complaints to you and
also to Secy/IT/GoNCTD are all unacknowledged and unanswered.
Since there is no reply to me and nor is any acknowledgement of my
complaints given to me, it is not clear how Mr. Arun Baroka continues
to be in New Delhi when he should be in Andaman and Nicobar UT as per
the transfer orders in his case from Joint Cadre Authority sent to
your office on 24.Nov.2014 from MHA asking him to be relieved w.e.f
15.02.2015.
As I have great concern that the transfer / relieving orders are being
manipulated to ensure that some specific telecom service providers be
wrongly benefited by GoNCTD through this corrupt "Wifi in Delhi"
scheme of the Aam Aadmi Party, I am again requesting that complete and
transparent due stakeholder consultation processes should be followed
and so that GoNCTD is not embarrassed in future..
NB: Kindly note that if I do not promptly receive acknowledgment/s of
my complaints along with immediate complete suo-moto public disclosure
compliance on the GoNCTD website, I shall be agitating these matters
outside of GoNCTD hereon -and against the officers and departments I
am aggrieved with.
Sincerely
Er. Sarbajit Roy
