Kindly enlighten me whether sec 7.9 is a valid exemption clause under
which information can be denied ?
Following information was requested from a Banking PA and was denied
u/s 7.9. The information sought should have been proactively
published u/s 4.
What would be my counter strategy on this denial ?
1. Information on all officials, staffs & employees (permanent,
temporary, casual) working in your Branch with the following details
on each of the employees.
a. Name b. Designation c.Power, functions and duties of each
employee e. Salary & Remuneration of each employee
2. Particulars of this Office/Branch & it's Functions and duties;
3. Information on jurisdiction/
4. Information on grievance redressal mechanism available in this branch.
5. Information on Branch Timings.
6. File Inspection: I desire to personally visit the branch and
inspect records and/or information like Guidelines, Circulars,
Notices, Memos etc. with regard to above and to take photographic or
video graphic sample of the same
