Every body likes Bhagat singh to be born in his neighbourhood (not in his home).So my suggestion is become bhagat singh for your own cause (not mounting guns on another shoulders).
I have filed complaint against CPWD in 2003 in CVC (corruption validation commission).
IF you are really seeking work ,then RTI can bring you well deserving work.Merely inducing RTI from outside will not serve the purpose.
