My dear anonymous friend.
1) If you are a BSNL employee then the Govt has framed a law for people like you called "Whistle Blowers Act". If you are not a BSNL employee but a contractor / vendor then be prepared to stop doing business with them if you believe in business ethics. From top to bottom all such PSUs are corrupt, they also have to pay off their Ministers who in turn collect funds for the party to fight elections etc. Ask yourself which party has controlled BSNL's parent Ministry for last so many years.
2) This is a group for RTI users. We are not (at least most of us are not) professional touts who file RTIs on your behalf. We are also not in the least bit interested in your causes / problems / pet hobby horses. All we are interested in is sharing experiences about RTI process and tactics used by P/As to deny information (and how to evade them), and the subsequent CIC decisions.
3) Finally, please disabuse yourself that RTI Act is to prevent corruption. The only mention of "corruption" in the effective text of RTI Act pertains to notified security organisations which are exempted from the scope of the Act.
