Notwithstanding the order by IC ANT it would be prudent on part of
Info seeker not to use words like "Why / How" etc at the time of
seeking information.
Imho these are avoidable traps. A little care at the time of framing
queries may save many heart burns later.
Secondly I wonder how IC ANT's order would relate to regional ICs.
They operate in their own world.
