Dear Sir,
I can hardly agree with you enough. The nincompoops are not only in the SICs but equally in the PCRF (and in the media).
Last year Arvind Kejriwal claimed that his "Secretariat" had assessed 51,000 InfoComm decisions and about 8,000 feedback forms from citizens.
Let us see who (as per PCRF's own website) "assessed" these decisions / forms.
http://pcrf.
"Ram Kumar Jha has a double post graduation degree in Hindi from Kirori Mal College (Delhi University) as well as Mass Communication from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan. He has long been an active participant in outdoor activities of National Cadet Corps (NCC) and social activities of National Service Scheme (NSS). He joined PCRF as a member of the RTI Awards team in April 2009; he has since been an analyst of the decisions of information commissioners and has also shouldered other responsibilities."
"Feroz Khan started working long before completing his B.Com. at Delhi University in 2007, first as a salesperson at a chemist's store and then as a personal loan executive for a finance company. He also worked as a car loan executive for a large bank before joining PCRF in March 2009. He has since been a member of the RTI Awards team, working on analysis of decisions of information commissioners. He has also been responsible for purchasing of goods and services at PCRF."
"Neeraj Kumar has been working in the field of RTI since 2002, when the Delhi Right to Information Act was enacted. He has been associated with NCPRI and Kabir. He handled the RTI helpline for Kabir for more than three years. He is currently heading the department responsible for analysing orders passed by Information Commissions across the country."
Will any reasonable person agree that these PCRF JOKERS are unqualified to be sitting in judgment over our "eminent" Information Commissioners
PS: Dear Sarbajit - I shall continue to post here till I am expelled.
Warmly
Ashish

The Right to Information Act 2005, is the biggest fraud inflicted upon on the citizens since the Nehru-Gandhi family.
