Am I reading following sentence correctly or it is an optic illusion ?
" In my knowledge ,Sh.Arvind Kejriwal's work is the best in our
country in creating RTI awareness"
I had given feed backs to the PCRF the extend of damages caused by
their last years activities like selecting a nincopoob as the best IC
and grading similar characters as high performers. Anyone with an
iota of knowlege on basics of management will not follow the style of
working of PCRF. Though Mr.Kejriwal has promissed to improve the
style this year, on seeing their inaction I feel that they will be
doing a favour to the RTI if they do not make another attempt the way
they have done last year. I don't think that the PCRF has bothered
about the feed back given by RTI Activists at all. It seems that the
PCRF is fulfilling some vesed interest's requirement. They are at
liberty to do whatever they wish; but not at the cost of RTI Act or in
the name of RTI
What we need is not awareness; but positive action to make the RTI
Act effective. Actions like making the SICs and CIC accountable,
compelling them to follow some Rules, establishment of a central
Agency to excercise control over CIC and all SICs so that all of them
interpret the RTI same way. Now we have certain SICs like Kerala SIC
who does not follow the RTI Act nor respect the interpretations of
CIC.and other SICs or even the judgment of Delhi High Court.
Presently the SICs feel that nothing could be done to them as the High
Court take many years to consider a case filed against their orders.
By the time the case is taken up for hearing, its requirement might
have lost. In Kerala, the first case against the ordersof SIC filed
many years back has not yet taken up.
My request to PCRF is not to cause any more damages to the RTI Act .
The Right to Information Act 2005, is the biggest fraud inflicted upon on the citizens since the Nehru-Gandhi family.
