I'd already posted that story.
From the story, CIC is still waiting for Umapathi's reply to their notice. Now that Umapathi has decided to stand his ground and fight it out, the only thing he has to say to the High Court - is please ask Mr Habibullah to explain to the Court the circumstances in which Mr Tiwari was sitting in a single bench to hear him well after the Court's ruling that these benches were illegal and Mr Habibullah had no power to constitute benches.
Lets see who blinks first.
