You are all aware of the Factual position Of Karnataka Information Commission at Present With only 2 IC's , The Fluid position of the Political Set up and Due to which the Selection committee not Meeting and the Mad Rush of Carpet Baggers (both Babu's & So called Activists) having Sent in thier Own reccomendations .
You are also aware that our Group Relentelessly Fighting against the Appointment such Carpet Baggers and Especially All Indian Cadre Offcicers
Getting these Plum postings as thier Parking place Since April of this year .
In this regard whenever we Trace one Such person or get to known his/her Name , We Start Making RTI to get to what was such persons Performance in the past 5 Years or the department which he was working or heading .
Recently one such RTI request had been filed .
To our Surprise Today our Activist (appilicant) Received a Telecon from One Such aspirant . The Dilagoue went on For nearly 15 minutes and the Aspirant took Special pains to convey that he is one of Aspirant ostansibaly to Curtail the Rampant Corruption involved in the whole RTI Regime (?) and As Such he has Utilised all avenues including Tapping Relegious leaders, Ex & Present Ministers , MLAs etc Etc., to Reccomend His candidature and Now he seeks the Support & Blessings of RTI Activists Also .
Please note that No Mention of replying to Our RTI request was made and Incidentally The aspirant is from Such an important department and if it had(He Had) an iota of Inclination , lots & lots Could have been achived by Dissaminating RTI both to supply & Demand side
The Name of Our activist has not been mentioned on his Express Request and entire Affair will Come out in Due course
