Dear Guptaji

If you see the previous 4 emails in this thread (messages with the
same subject),
you will see that 3 other people are communicating with considerable agreement.
This topic has the potential to develop into a long fruitful
discussion over time.

Then along comes a '"disruptive" member (someone with posting privileges).
He posts an email absolutely unconnected to the subject or the ongoing
(albeit tentative) discussion. Other members on this thread get irritated
with this disruptive senior citizen and send private emails to the moderators
asking for "strict action" to be taken.
