Sir, The students of Punjab Technical University, Kapurthala are being slapped with unnecessary expenses, mental and physical hardships to go to PTU to get the result of B.Pharmacy in case of Re-appear case candidates. 1. University Registration No. 7091250822, The student Akankasha Madhok has paid Counseling fees vide E-Slip No. 50001536 for M. Pharma Full Time in HDFC Bank and from the last one month visiting the PTU office to get the result but in vain. 2. University Registration No. 7008250168,The Student Shivangi Madhok has paid counseling fees vide E-Slip No. 50001936 and her result was declared Result Late. On visit to PTU the unattested photocopy of the result provided to her. On request to the authorities that the result kindly be declared with attested photo copy her pleadings were not heard and shunted out. 3. That the date of counseling has been fixed for 14th July 2011 by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar both the students have passed the Written Test and due to non availability of result they will be deprived of to attend the counseling resulting in physical, mental and monetary loss by clearing exam and due to Non declaration of result by PTU the career of the students had been staked. 4. Due to non declaration of result the students neither apply for M.Pharma in PTU for which they have already paid Counseling fees of Rs 3,000 and nor attend the counseling in GNDU after being declared successful in written test. 5. The students are visiting the PTU Examination branch (Results) situated at 4th Floor of PTU from the last one month regularly but there is no one to listen to pleadings of students. 6. This is cruel joke with students that due to Non declaration of result their career is on Stake. 7. The efforts had been made to meet to the Vice Chancellor Mr. Rajneesh Arora with regard to this problem to get the fruitful solution. The staff has not permitted to meet him for the reasons best known to them. 8. Several letters to the Sh. Rajneesh Arora, Vice Chancellor, Punjab Technical University, Controller of Examinations, Punjab Technical University, Mr. Paramjit Singh, Deputy Controller (Examinations) and Sh. Pawan Kumar, Asstt.
